Invoices will begin going out July 1 and will be sent to the address indicated on your registration form. Additional invoices will go out weekly. Payment is accepted via check or via credit card through Paypal.

All exhibitors will receive a 10×10 tent, a table, two chairs, and signage at your tent. Additional perks are available to sponsors, and specific details are available here: https://esteamsumter.com/sponsor-packages/.

Festival layout depends on the number and type of exhibits registered. Detailed festival maps will be available a few days prior to the event.

• First and foremost, bring energy and excitement! eSTEAM should be fun for everyone.
• You will also want to bring staff or volunteers to man your table for the entire 5 our event. *No early breakdown is permitted!* Exhibitors who leave early may not be accepted for participation in the future.
• Enough supplies for at least 2,500 people. While we expect over 8,000 people to attend the event, not everyone visits every tent.
• Wear comfortable clothes/shoes.
• Snacks/Drinks. Food trucks will also be on site for food and drink purchases.

Exhibitor setup will begin promptly at 7 a.m. the day of the festival and should be completed by 9:30 a.m.

Parking information will be provided closer to the event. Each exhibitor will receive two (2) parking passes for spaces in reserved lots. Exhibtor information sessions will be held both in-person and via Zoom the week prior to the festival. Stay tuned for those details!
